The 2011-2012 Board members of the Professionals in Workers Compensation (PWC) would like to welcome all potential new members and thank all previous members for your past involvement and invite you to join our organization again this year. We expect this year to be exciting and educational and look forward to some changes in not only our venue and time but our meeting format.
This year we have changes in our leadership and Board. Lucia Mantilla of Sedgwick CMS is our new Chair and Amber McMurry of Multnomah County is our new Vice Chair. We would also like to welcome new Board member Amber Trump of Miles Investigations. Along with our continued Board; Jeanette Decker, Sara Turner, Beth Karecki, Jennifer Flood and Marie Page, we have become one dynamic Board!
I would like to announce that based on feedback we are moving our meetings back to breakfast, AND we are moving our meeting location to the East side of Portland. We have a beautiful location at the Crowne Plaza East, near The Rose Garden, with a magnificent spread that will surely be a great start to your day. Along with the location and time change we are going to be testing a new format to our Continuing Education. Each of our selected topics will be presented by not one speaker, but a panel of speakers that will be able to provide insight from all aspects of our topic. We are really excited about this; I know you will be too.
